Me and my son stayed in the hotel on the other side of the restaurant. We were ere having dinner every night in the restaurant and sometimes lunch too. Nothing is too much of a trouble for the staff. We are both very fussy eaters and i can say the chefs and front of house staff covered all our bases! The restaurant has a children’s play zone which is suitable for small and bigger kids- including a trampoline, climbing zone, ball pit, tables for drawing or building with LEGO, playstation zone with 2 TV’s and a interactive video-wall-games. There is also a lady thats looking after the kids. She is lovely and kind and kids seem to like her a lot. My son had a blast here! The menu is big and i would say there is something for everyone’s tastes! Dining here for more than a week, every day, gave me the opportunity to talk to the staff and i can say they are all very attentive, friendly and helpful. We’ve managed to be here while some big parties and events were going on and everyone seemed very happy. I can highly recommend the place!

We celebrated my child 5th Bday and I was ashamed of the experience I offered to my guests. The party started at 11:30 with PREORDERED menu for everyone. At 13:30 (when typically the party should end) 18 starving children sat on a table with only juices and water screaming for food. The kitchen wasn’t ready! Then, It turns out the menu is not individual despite we pay individually 27 - 29 BGN per child - just random number of boards with one small basket of fries each, which wasn’t enough for the kids. No popcorn as stated in the menu, no refund, ridiculously offered to give me the popcorn as takeway! On the other hand I booked 25 seats for adults and they’ve prepared 18 seats for unknown reason. We were sat for two hours with only salad on the table. The bread, the appetizers, the meat - nothing comes from the kitchen. I look around and all other tables have plenty of food - only my party with PREORDERED FOOD, has no food for more than two hours, because they were short staffed. Some guests left, when the waiter started to bring something.I preordered 4 - 5 boards with meat for my guests and the waiter brought 2 PLATES( not boards) for ALL guest and was charged almost 300 BGN for those two PLATES, because they pretended that the’ve put 16 meals in them - outrageous! I could write an essay about the experience in this restaurant - but no-one from the waiter, management really cares about the impression they leave… Be very careful if you consider celebrating anything there, because smiley faces of the management in the beginning can ruin your celebration.
