I turned to MakKuin to help me with an animator to host my son's birthday party in a kindergarten outside Plovdiv. I was very satisfied. Everything was accurate, correct, 100% as we had said on the phone. The animator Nick came absolutely on time and I was amazed by the many props that the man had brought. For an hour, the children received a varied program - both pranks on the microphone and crazy dances and games, and what surprised me the most was the puppet theater! This was a great bonus that enriched and calmed the children. There was time allocated for congratulating the birthday boy, my son felt very special. At the end, he received a gift book with fascinating riddles and coloring pictures. I recommend!

A month ago we celebrated my son's birthday and we would NEVER do it again. My son was disappointed, the kids too, the guests were in shock. We had a themed party with an animator and 2 hostesses, but they were missing, everything was done by the animator, who didn't even bother to come up with themed games. The whole time he was making remarks to my son, to the kids how to play, scratching his head and looking at his watch. When it was time for the cake, which they brought us, was half-disintegrated, they didn't even come to tell me that they were taking it out so I could take a picture. The children's food was half-cold pizza and no one had eaten anything. The pieces of cake were cut poorly for the children. The table for the guests was not arranged, it was dirty, including the booth, covered in crumbs. There were 2 packages of cutlery on the table, napkins were missing. They brought us the platter half-dried and sparse with products. The waitress never once came to the table to take an order from the guests. I had to go looking for her on the floors. When I went down to the pastry shop to ask if we could order a platter of bites, they said that they had too many guests and they couldn't order for such a small number of people as our birthday. When two hours passed, the waitress came back to ask if we were leaving or if we would pay for extra time. I said that the children were still playing and having fun and would pay for extra time, and together with the animator they started tidying up the room and putting away the toys. They brought us the bill and the amount I paid did not correspond to the quality and level of service. When they brought me the box with the cake, it was as if it had been dropped from a 10-story building. The rating I am giving is not even deserved, I just have to give it a star. I would never repeat my child's celebration there again
