Extremely rude and humiliating attitude! We had our daughter’s first BDay at this place. Everything went well until they just said "OK, time's up!" I said "OK, we're all up on our feet (at 5PM!). We just have a mother of 7-months old baby girl who need to feed her child." Then everything went wrong and ugly. The personnel started to gather the anti-solar panels over the mother feeding her child and just drove them out of their table, interrupting the feeding of the baby. Extremely rude and humiliating attitude! I had to react against these actions but they just told me: "The panel is dangerous". So we knew the anti-solar panels they had installed over our heads were dangerous as well... Never, never again in this place with these people! After they get your money, they just blow you away and go home. The party cake was made by other people. The decorations were made by other people. The catering was delivered by other people. They just collect the money and ruins your happiest memories. That's what they do. End of story.

It is really good place for children, we were visiting in the morning during the week and it was not crowded at all. There are all kind of the toys you could imagine for different ages, a slide, ending in small ball pool is a favourite. Children's lavatory is next to playing area and it is very clean.

One of the most well designed and made kids place in Sofia. Big play room with attention to detail for kids (only wooden toys) and a very relaxed atmosphere for the parents to enjoy their drink.. It is actually fancier than 90% of any other Cafe in Sofia. Easy access and parking is a big extra!.
