Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and created tension instead of a pleasant atmosphere for children and parents. The animators mostly shouted at the kids rather than trying to engage or entertain them, which is completely inappropriate for a place that is supposed to host children’s parties. Service was also very poor – the waitress was practically impossible to find unless you actively searched for her around the venue. Considering that the cover charge is already at the higher end, the overall value for money is simply not there. Unfortunately, the place does not meet the expectations for a children’s entertainment center and I would not recommend it.

It’s a fun spot for kids and they always enjoy it, however you should really work on your timing and organisation. I am a paying client as anyone else and telling me “your kids can’t climb for another 40 min because we are expecting a birthday and they are treated with priority and we are getting” while I have happily paid for 2 hours for 2 eager to climb kids and no one as warned me about potential inconveniences leaves quite a bitter feeling and also a ridiculous answer. That’s very poorly handled schedule. If you are not capable to deliver a good service while you overbook the place you simply shouldn’t overbook the place.

Center is ok'ish on the equipment. Quite safe setup. But very poor customer experience: - POS terminal is permanently disconnected to avoid taxes - staff demands to be next to the child, while not allowing to use cafe and supervise the child from there - registration menu is quite misleading Would be ok for one time visit, but would not return here mor
