It's a shame I can't leave it with 0 stars, I'm giving it 1 out of obligation! Shocking attitude from the animator Katya towards children, arrogant with continuous remarks and threats! The owner - trying to cut you off even by opening his mouth to express an opinion! An establishment with waiters, where you serve yourself. Billing.....Waiting for the children to get in line for the hall and cake, extreme disorganization.....Our guests were extremely disappointed....The child too! The animator in question has not stopped making remarks to them! They ruined our day and exposed us in front of our guests! I appeal to you not to visit this place, where they clearly don't realize that it is a children's entertainment center, and they think that everyone should sit quietly!!!!

Four of us visited HappyLand – my son, his friend and us, the two mothers, to celebrate my son’s birthday. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was great! The children enjoyed playing bowling and then laser tag, while we drank coffee and enjoyed sweets. The staff was very attentive, despite the children’s games, they paid attention to us too. The children even had a bowling instructor who helped them and explained the rules. 🎳 The best surprise was the birthday present – ​​a visit to the 5D cinema! It was so nice and warm. The owners are very responsive and create the feeling that you have come not just to an entertainment center, but to visit friends. ❤️ We were completely delighted! The children still remember that day with joy. 🌟 Sorry for the mistakes, I don’t know Bulgarian well yet, but I’m trying to learn. I am motivated by such fun and sociable people like you.
