Although the staff are mostly polite, the service is atrocious. We had a reservation for kids birthday party with a defined staring hour and we had an agreement to have some salads and appetisers available when the guests come. It’s not enough that there was nothing upon arrival but the food was delayed with AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES, a fricking hour. Won’t go there ever again.
The place is very cozy and comfy. The food is great and stuff is very friendly. There is a large space where the kids could play.
Service was fast, and nice. Burger is not good. Meat was bad quality. Fries - so lala... Wedges were not good taste. Shopska Salat was very good!! Desert also very delicious!! The girls in the kids playground are just sitting there and waiting for closing. So, it was ok, but we won't come again.
