First time in Sofia and I have took my child to play at it. A few different levels in terms of difficulty to fit age and fitness of your child. You can pay by card at the venue. I would strongly suggest to take a gloves to protect your kids hands from sliding on the ropes if and when it fall. Otherwise, brilliant activity's.
Cool place to go to, but the staff are bunch of kids that do not care about the customers. There was zero help from them when was needed and their recommendation for the level of difficulty for our 10 year old was was very bad. Once you start a certain level you're not allowed to switch even if you realize it's too hard right away. You just have to pay again. ...I can't find a way to answer the owner, so I'm adding here the date we we visited the park - 19.10.25.
Very friendly staff, more levels from rasy to moderate, zipline included,payment card or cash in machine 15leva/ one route, coffe automat nearby for 1 Leva ideal for parents with kids
