It's going to be a long time....Exactly three months ago I reserved a date for a birthday party at the Raya Toys party center. They explained the conditions to me, I wanted to hire an animator, but they told me that they entertain the children very well and it was unnecessary to hire one. So far everything was great, I chose a birthday party with burgers instead of pizza, I also ordered champagne for the children, a themed party, etc. The long-awaited moment has arrived, we go to the place at the appointed time....and what do we see....the trampoline is not inflated, there is no music, the girl who opened it for us disappeared and I really didn't know what was happening and there was no one to ask. The first guests arrived, only then did two girls appear with burgers in their hands????? Before the guests arrived, the children's burgers were served on the table, after the guests arrived, the children started playing, until it was time for the food, the "burgers" were not edible, they were hard as rubber....The activities with the children were scarce and devoid of emotion "animators". At one point we see the cake left on the table, without being collected and without warning the children, without music and without lit candles... horror of horrors. The children were plundering the cake and did not understand what had happened. We parents don't have a single good photo. And the champagne...at one point I see it left on a small table aside, without spilling it on the kids, they created a great atmosphere for them :( Immediately after the cake they asked us to settle the bill. The job was to come and SPLIT everything on you and who is from where, I apologize for the rude language. P/S While I was pregnant I regularly visited this store, I was extremely pleased with the attention of one of the employees there and after giving birth I went and left something out of gratitude for her. Yesterday, for the first time in my life, I didn't leave a penny in tip. It was a mockery of the people who trusted the party center.....there are bad people who abuse the emotions of the little ones 😔 I would be happy if I could save even one family, if there are more, even better 🤗 I stand by my name!

We were charmed by the staff and the atmosphere. The girls are nice and the kids had fun. The menu is also top notch. We will come again with great pleasure.
