Very unpleasant experience. The staff was unfriendly and not willing to help at all. I asked for assistance and support, but none was provided. Their attitude completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend this bowling alley.

we went in, wanted to play a game, put the money in, but nothing happened. we spoke to an employee and it turned out that we had to top up money to a card that was not written anywhere. the money was not returned. I do not recommend it to anyone

Most fun I've had in ages ,I read the bad reviews and when I came I couldn't figure out why ,people were friendly and explained what is and what is not possible at the current time. Reception was very helpful ,the game and bowling service staff were a great help as well as was the absolutely lovely bar area staff. Had fun on the bowling lanes (the shoes were brand new and the staff sterilized them after every use) and had a blast on the arcade games, too. Great place to sit, have a drink ,relax, and play. P.s Great for the kids too they had an absolute blast!!
