I visited the place with my girlfriend and we were not impressed at all. 1. Their website says that you can choose from “over 500 VR experiences”, however, WE DID NOT have the opportunity to choose what to play, because THERE IS NO catalog of games or anything like that from which you can choose what you want to play. Absolutely nothing like that. It relies entirely on the recommendation of an employee and he suggested two games to us crosswise. I had to search the internet for good games for two myself and when I found one and asked about it, I was told that they didn’t have it… 2. We had a pre-booked appointment, and the employees were 20 minutes late. Then we waited another 20 minutes for them to set up and launch the games on the VR glasses… a total of 40 minutes after the agreed time we started playing. 3. The place hosts children’s birthday parties and we hit exactly that moment. The hall is one and common for everyone at the same time and there is no waiting. Accordingly, we had to “enjoy” the experience during loud children's screams and their running past us. P.S. I have nothing against children, but against the way the service is provided by Xplorify. 4. There were two employees and they had to do everything for everyone. Accordingly, there was no one nearby for us to ask for help if necessary during the game. Several times I had to take off my glasses and go personally to look for an employee for help and this 1. wastes our time and 2. ruins the experience. WE would certainly NOT repeat a VR experience in the same place! The only plus was that we could touch the Meta Quest 3 technology.
